Aims & Scope

The Immigration & Human Rights Law Review (IHRLR) seeks to promote awareness, knowledge and discussion on current matters of law and policy in the fields of immigration and human rights as well as their intersection. The journal is aimed at academics, students, government officials, immigration and human rights practitioners, lawyers working in these fields, and individuals and organizations interested in the areas of immigration and human rights law. The IHRLR publishes both original articles and blogs that consider immigration and human rights in their various contexts, from global to national levels.
