IPCLJ’s purpose is to provide an opportunity for students interested in intellectual property and computer law to refine their legal writing skills, gain valuable experience with the publication process, and build lasting relationships with practitioners and legal scholars alike. In pursuit of this purpose, the IPCLJ strives to offer a variety of content and implement an efficient publication process suitable for technology industries. Contrasting the typical law school journal structure, IPCLJ provides an online-only rolling publication allowing IPCLJ to flexibly expand and contract publications as necessary.
